OMRON SOFTWARE recognizes the importance of safeguarding our customers' important personal information entrusted to us in the course of business.

We lay out the following personal information privacy statement, and shall put together and properly manage a management system to safeguard personal information based on behavioral guidelines and business principles established by the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and the OMRON Group.

1. When handing personal information, we will properly work with and observe the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information", JISQ 15001, the Information Service Industry Personal Information Protection Guidelines, and other related standards.
2. When acquiring personal information, we will make clear how we will use it. Upon receiving our customers' consent and obtaining data by fair means, we will use the information within the bounds of the purpose(s) stated.
3. We shall obtain consent beforehand if we intend to use any personal information in a way that exceeds the bounds of the stated purpose.
4. We will strive to guarantee safety by taking appropriate safety measures and corrective steps against the risk of information leakage, loss, and damage of personal information.
5. We will swiftly and sincerely answer complaints as well as requests for personal information disclosures, corrections, and removals.
6. We will periodically review our personal information privacy management system and continuously make improvements.
