Environmental Policy

OMRON SOFTWARE has set up the following environmental policies and pledges to join in environmental preservation activities with OMRON employees and others who work for the organization. (hereinafter, "employees")

We put environmental issues at the top of our business agenda. When OMRON SOFTWARE performs all business activities of the OMRON SOFTWARE group, such as software programming and development, we will do so under the following guidelines from 1 to 7 to achieve efficient use of resources and environmental preservation.

1. OMRON SOFTWARE pledges to comply with other requirements, including applicable laws, regulations and agreements, that have been agreed upon as an organization. We will also promote our environmental policy as a part of the OMRON group and conduct activities that contribute to society. We want to harmonize with the earth and our local environment and prevent them from further pollution.
2. OMRON SOFTWARE works toward generating less industrial waste and reducing energy and resource use in our business activities.
3. OMRON SOFTWARE makes efforts to reduce environmental burdens in manufacturing or use of our products through a product assessment system.
4. OMRON SOFTWARE has set environmental targets and environmental goals, and works toward continuous improvement.
5. OMRON SOFTWARE has informed all employees of our environmental policy, implements and promotes environmental efforts through their original ideas, no matter their group.
6. This environmental policy is contained in the company's brochures and on our website for anyone to see.
7. OMRON SOFTWARE regularly reviews its environmental policy during management reviews and amends it to match economic conditions and the business environment.
